Cambridge United Tryouts: Cambridge United 2009 outdoor competitive team tryouts will be taking place during the month of October at Riverside Park.  CYS will be offering Boys and Girls teams from U9 through to U18 in 2009.  For the tryout schedule please click here.  All players interested in playing Competitive 'A' or 'B' soccer must attend these tryouts.

Indoor Soccer 2008/09:  Indoor House League registration is just around the corner.  This season players born between 1991 and 2006 can take part in our exciting programming at the Com Dev Indoor Soccer Park.  Registration will begin on August 18th at our 131 Sheldon Dr. location.  For more information please click here (PDF) or contact our office at (519) 740-0027.  For indoor soccer playing nights and times please click here (.doc)  The indoor season will begin the week of October 27th.

TFC Game Day (SOLD OUT): Cambridge Youth Soccer presents "CYS  day at BMO Field" Saturday, September 27th where Toronto FC will take on reigning MLS champion Houston Dynamo.   Don't miss out on this great opportunity to support CYS and TFC.  For more information click here.   THIS GAME IS NOW SOLD OUT!  CYS will be contacting all those that purchased tickets to inform them of bus departure times and the lucky participants who will have the opportunity to be flag bearers, player escorts and ball chasers at the game.

Cambridge United:
Cambridge United U12 Girls Select won the Ancaster Heritage Tournament this past Father's Day weekend. United went 1-0-2 in round robin play and earned a wild card birth into Sundays play. In the semi-finals Cambridge beat Ancaster 2-1 on penalty kicks. In the finals United beat Burlington 1-0 in a very close hard fought match to win the tournament title. It was a total team effort!



                                 
  

Cambridge United also came away winners in the U12 Girls A and U16 Girls A Divisions.  Congratulations to all three Cambridge teams on a very successful weekend.

The Cambridge United U13 Girls 'A'  team recently continued their season-long unbeaten streak by winning the 17th Annual Lakefront Classic in Webster, N.Y. The team defeated all the other teams in their pool, scoring 11 goals and only giving up one.  Cambridge started off with a 1-0 win over the VF United Shooters, before pounding the CNY United Freedom 4-0. Cambridge wrapped up with a 2-1 win over the Irondequoit Challenge Red team, but finished with a perfect record after beating the Fulton Raiders FC 4-0.  Congratulations on such a fine start to the season!
